I used R.C.G Plumbing to install water softener, relocate water heater, install pressure gauges and install utility sink in the basement.Robber and his son Cody first come on site to perform some testing on the water from faucet to determine what kind of solution I need, and prevent any overselling of product. Which is greatly appreciated. There is a small amount of testing fee associated with this, but it's well worth the price.I want to move the water heater next to water softener so I can have all plumbing unit in one row, and HVAC unit in other side. As a chemical engineer myself, I also want to have a few pressure gauges in the system to help me quickly diagnostic the problem in the future. As you can see from picture, Robber and Cody did a wonderful job.Lastly, I want to install a utility sink for basement workshop, as you can see from picture 2, another fantastic job.Robber and Cody come on time, and always clean up after the job. They are now my go to plumber in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good plumber.

Only praise for this professional plumbing company who puts their customers first. Had a sump pump installed about 3 years ago and they were quick to respond and even though the situations was not ideal (poor weather and heavy clay removal), R.C Gochenour & Son completed the job! Will use them for any plumbing issues that might arise. You can trust this professional! Just presently had two water heaters flushed and heater elements replaced as well as additional work completed on crawl space sump pump to make less noisy. Once again R.C Gochenour took care of all work efficiently and quickly and left the areas spotless. Highly recommend this plumber and his crew-polite, friendly, hard working and most importantly trustworthy!

This company was great. They made an extra effort to come out when the roads were bad after a snowstorm. The source of the leak was not immediately identifiable but they found it and fixed it on that same visit. They are now our go-to plumbing company. We have total confidence in them.

Robert (Gochenour) and Cody repaired the leaking water line that feeds my refrigerator's ice water dispenser and ice maker. They got rid of the weak, leaky plastic tubing and the weak, leaky plastic shut-off valve and replaced the whole enchilada with braided metal line and a beautiful new metal valve. They were very personable, on time, professional, and they obviously know what they're doing. I am so glad to find great services and service people like Robert and Cody and R. C. Gochenor & Son Plumbing. You bet I'll know who to call next time! I wholeheartedly recommend RCG Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.Thanks, gentlemen! Robert Gochenour was recommended by Dave at May Supply. We needed to get our water softener assessed and possibly replaced. I appreciated when I called I was able to get an appt in less than a week. Robert even stopped by the day before to look at the unit to see it did indeed need replacement. Next day he even stopped by the house first to get purchase authorization due to my communication error. He did excellent work, thoroughly explained how it all works and gave great recommendations for a longer lasting unit. So happy to have a company I can call for any of my plumbing needs now. I totally recommend them.

I contacted them about getting a well pressure tank replaced. They were very friendly and courteous. They came out the next day to give me an estimate. The price they quoted was reasonable and asked when they could do it. They were able to come out the next day and had it replaced in less than 2 hours. They were very nice, polite and professional. I have several remodeling plans for the future that will require plumbing work and I will not hesitate to use them again!

Robert Gochenour & Son was the plumbing company for our new home from scratch to finish. Our home is a timber frame construction and it was a difficult project for all the different trades that worked on it. It was a real challenge. Robert did flawless installation of everything related to plumbing. He was always on time and came when he was scheduled to work. He and his assistant were always cheerful and courteous, was the only contractor who took off his shoes while working once the interior floors were covered, always wore a mask when the Covid 19 hit, and generally was the most conscientious and reliable of all the trades involved. Robert also found a rainfall water leak for us thatw caused by the metal roof installers. This was such a great relief. In summary, I would like to add that my wife and I would recommend Gochenour Plumbing to anyone who desires a first class plumber at a fair and reasonable price. I would share my complete satisfaction with this company with anyone. Feel free to contact me at any time. I would not have offered such a lengthy evaluation if I wasn't completely pleased. Mr. Gochenour does great work at an affordable price! He also does a great job of explaining what needs fixing and of explaining what options are available regarding any repairs and what the costs of any different options would be, so his clients can make an informed decision about what will work best for them. They hooked up our new washer and hauled the old one away. Very professional, respected us and our property, and gave us a call to let us know when to expect them. They weren't my go-to plumber prior to this contracted service, but they impressed us so much I think we will switch for any future plumbing needs. Have used his plumber (RC Gochenour & son) in the past and most recently to have our water heaters serviced and some additional sump pump work performed. The sump pump that was installed 3 years ago is still working perfectly just wanted to have it checked. All work performed has been done professionally and he always ensures that the customer is satisfied before leaving the job site. Clean up is spectacular and both himself and workers are courteous, friendly but most importantly respectful of your time and home. I couldn’t of asked for a better job, a trades man that takes pride, efficient and clean, I needed help to get my propane water heater fixed as soon as possible for my business as we are pet groomers, we were swamped as it’s Christmas.
